The Detroit Historical Museum exhibits the 300 years of Detroit and Michigan history. It is located at 5401 Woodward Avenue, Detroit. Detroit Historical Society was set up in 1921 to study and discuss the Detroit history. At one time, it was known as the highest museum in the world.
