
Comerica Park
Detroit City is famous for its sports activities and Comerica Park is one of the stupendous open air ballpark hosting baseball games. It is the home of the Detroit tigers of Major league Baseball American League. The park is named after a corporate patron, Comerica Bank which also paid for the naming rights.
There were some efforts taken to find a nickname for the park. However, it did not appeal much to the crowd and baseball patrons and is often referred as Comerica only.
Comerica Park has gained a widespread acceptance due to its wonderful facilities and stupendous Monument Park.
